SBA 7(a) Financing

A very flexible loan program for start-up and existing small businesses. Funds can be used for business purchases, real estate, working capital and inventory, debt refinance, and expansion.

This option is available for real estate or equipment only. It is comprised of a combination of a direct note with the SBA and a second note from IBT.
